How do I receive multiple item orders?
If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
Votacolors store is an online retailer of custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All merchandise is custom printed and shipped directly to you once the campaign has ended. If you are a designer, you can sell your own creative designs and take orders from supporters with no upfront costs and let Votacolors handle your fulfillment and shipping to your customers.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you must do this within 12 hours from placing of your order. In order to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service at support@votacolors.com or click here CONTACT US. We would like to stress that after this valid time all of your modifications shall become null and termination fee is 5% total of value.

Votacolors shop have some differences from the other stores, when you purchase various items at the same time, in some case, they will be in partial shipment (item fulfilled first will be shipped first). You may receive one item before. The other will arrive to you as soon as it's fulfilled. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are assured to get to you! (we promise).
Our production bases on your demand. Each item has a different shipping time which mentioned on our home page because some products are delivered straight from our manufacturers in china and some from our manufacturers in US. Normally, T-Shirts usually get printed and shipped in US within about 10 days after receiving your confirmation. It can take a longer time if you are out of US. For shoes and handbags, they are manufactured in the traditional way and handcrafted in China to ensure the highest quality, rather than produced in series production by the machines having faster process but quality will not be guaranteed for you. In addition, delivery is made according to the train trip. Therefore, it will take about 10-25 days to put your items in your hands. When your package is in pre-shipment, we send you enclose the tracking number of your order which help you keep tracking the shipping status. Tracking system will automatically update as your package arrive to US. If you're still not sure, you are welcome to contact us.
We use DTG printing. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method that a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It includes a special printer which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you find it and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. The unexpected cases are only resolved fastest within the valid time - 12 hours from receipt of your placement.
All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right as our usual policy or base on deal. We know how disappointed it can be to pay for something you can't use.
